Monalicious - you do NOT know what you are talking about. I was there in Wichita Falls during that tornado and FEMA supplied trailers for the people who could not live in their houses. I think you need to go ask someone who was actually there before you shoot off your mouth. And how would we use these food stamps if there are not many stores open? We don't have a problem with money - it is actually stores that are OPEN that is the problem.I now live in Houston and am very pleased that Perez has posted for the Houston Food Bank. Part of our area does need help if not with money then just some emotional support. Pay it forward!
