on Attention Gays And Lesbians (And Straight Allies) Of Los Angeles! at 21:35 11/05/2008As much as I can't stand the bigot Prime Minister we have in Canada, at least we have equal rights when it comes to marriage here. America is supposed to be the best country and very nature of Freedom, but it constantly shows that it is far from it. I really feel for all of you in America over this loss. I agree with having MLK's picture up there because he fought for equal rights, and this is what it comes down to: equal rights. This news makes me very sad; I have to move down there in the next several years, and I only hope that the U.S. gets in the 21st century and not the 12th!

It's two people in love with the right to be viewed as a married couple. It doesn't threaten your family. No one is harmed except when rights are being taken away and downplayed; it's about equality, and whether it is two women or two men or a man and a woman, it's about love between two people. Marriage is supposedly too sacred for gays and lesbians and yet that doesn't stop the divorces from raging across the country between one man and one woman? So, the same rights but under a different name is just another name for inequality and ignorance, if not just plain hatred. Stop hiding behind the bull shit.

on If You Are Easily Offended.... at 21:04 10/13/2008It may not be the most flattering picture, but she's got a huge grin so it's not going to showcase the best of her anyway. She's still a beautiful woman, and that would be without or with her cos surgery. yeah, her hair isn't the hottest, but why do people have to rag on someone as if they should still look like they did 20 or 30 years ago. The hair IS bad, and I repeat that, but Ms. Ryan is still a wonderful actor and woman, so leave her alone. You don't always look ur best either, Perez!
