Ok, I rarely comment on this crap.. but how is this a disappointment? First of all, everyone knew Barack Obama's beliefs from the beginning. He is a Christian man and, although he supports rights of gays, he does not agree with it. He has taken his stand since the BEGINNING! So how is this a shock? Secondly, Perez was all for Obama before.... and now he is a disappointment? People need to really understand who they are voting for and what they stand for before blasting it all over their websites!!!!!! For all of the people saying "See.. you should have voted for McCain"... If people like Perez are upset with Obama right now because of this, the choice of McCain as President would have been even worse for them!!!!!!! So get over it... Obama is our President, and I'm sure he will try to repair our country and society the best of his abilities.
#1678 - I agree. Although I am extremely proud of Obama and am ecstatic to see what God has in store for our country in the years to come... I think both sides handled the election admirably yesterday. **I never disliked McCain, just did not agree with all of his policies. I am proud that although we have so many people the still spew so much hate, as a nation we are able to see that our country no longer has the majority of its people with the hate! Obama/Biden '08!
You really need to become educated. How could the blacks have won the election for Obama? The Black population makes up LESS THAN 15% of our country. Even if 100% of Blacks voted Obama, which was not the case, Obama needed support from Whites, Latinos, Asians, etc. Learn your facts first because your idea is actually impossible.Everyone please, let's unite as one country to get out of this mess! Realize that our country is changing... We are no longer seperate races... we are all AMERICAN!!!!! Obama/Biden '08 :)
