In truth -I agree somewhat with Jai, Jian Ghomeshi usually takes the I'm-a-giant-suck-up take on interviewing, but most of what I've heard is that he cow tows to his guests rather than stands up for himself, the cbc, Canada, etc. so I'm pretty impressed that he held his ground here, while still being polite. Otherwise, looks like BBT is taking the Joaquin Pheonix approach to the acting/music swticheroo... less the beard and the funny...
