That is so sad. I used to be friends with Eddie about 10 years ago and he was a rough addict then, but really- such a sweet, sweet guy. He's just got a lot of problems and a tortured past. His upbringing was really sad. I hope he gets better some day :(

I don't see how her being concerned about the baby cot is wrong. Maybe she felt uncomfortable leaving her baby with his mother and used the cot as an excuse? I would never leave my kids overnight with my mother-in-law mostly because they don't know her very well (she lives far away) but if she didn't have a safe place for them to sleep- I definitely would not. Anyways, that aside, I still don't consider her to be mother of they year, but that's a dumb reason for him to complain about.

It's called carrying babies in your stomach for 9 months! She looks great, actually. I've had 2 kids like her and I look about the same, maybe a tad better ;) but, it's just one of those things that happens with pregnancy.
