The court system will rule that a "proposition 8" and the voting for/against thereof....are both unconstitutional. I hate to be the one to tell you. But courts overturn items every year, that were voted on, that should never have been put before a vote. It may take a while, but you better use the time wisely to prepare yourself for the inevitability.
...is realizing that his head is so disproportionately gargantuan that photographers from all over the venue will be able to positively identify him in the picture with Madonna.
The Court System will ultimately decide the constitutionality of whether or not it is even "constitutional" to put such a proposition to vote. Humans are innately hateful of all things "other", all things not understood, all things "foreign" to their world. There are some things that just should NOT be decided by voting. No idiot would consider putting it to a vote What Is The Official Religion Of The U.S.A. Or maybe some idiot would. But it would never happen. Because the U.S.A. is founded on tolerance. Voting for Intolerance, even by the "majority", is destined to fail. As is the eventual case here. That's what wiser and fairer judges and courts are for.
I stopped watching The View when Star Jones was dragging us all through that sham marriage of hers. After Starzilla left, Elisabeth only underlined the fact that the show was on a downward spiral.
