Ok, so she was a surrogate. I think the only reason her comments were "shocking" is because we all assumed she was the "mom" and they were once a real family. Now, it makes sense. If you are merely a carrier of someone's child, then you don't attach yourself. Unconventional, but isn't that redundant when talking about Michael Jackson?
