on Miley's A Bad Tipper! at 15:00 10/12/2009Seriously? Who doesn't know that you tip your servers, whether you're sitting inside, outside, at a bar, etc.? Her PR couldn't come up with a better excuse than she didn't know she had to tip outside? Wow... that is beyond lame. As in, beyond lame that she didn't tip and beyond lame that they tried to say she didn't know she had to. Miley, you might want to stop being a tool, and you might want to hire better PR managers.

That's almost worse than if she actually made products under that name!
