Um i think I can speak for most people when I say it wasn't the KISS that made everyone so upset, so stop trying to make that an issue!! It was the fact that there was a simulation of oral sex! That is like the only issue here so stop trying to say there are others!
I mean I don't see how this is "pushing" the boundaries. This is CROSSING them. Look I am totally a gay supporter, I feel like they should definitely have the same rights as any of us but this was just too far. I have no desire to watch any form of oral sex on a network TV station, no matter what gender they are. I think it's disgusting and inappropriate and I think anyone calling this a homophobic gesture is completely ignorant and just looking for attention. Get over yourselves, its not a case of homophobia, its a case of what's right and wrong to show on our network television stations.
I just feel like this isn't an issue of Adam Lambert being Gay or Straight. The fact of the matter is that the performance was inappropriate for ABC viewers of the AMA's. I mean you have to believe that. The whole oral sex thing, I don't care WHO was "performing" it on him, man or woman, it was inappropriate for the time slot and network. You have to think about the audience viewing this program.
