I know she's 16 and a lot of 16 year olds dress older than their age these days but when you're a Disney star and the majority of your fan base is young girls that look up to you. You should not dress like that. Even if she wasn't, in my opinion, no 16 year old should dress like that. Miley is ugly, slutty, and she can't sing. I don't get why she is still famous.
