Not that I condone violence, but we have all seen the videos and pictures of paparazzi hordes mobbing celebrities and their vehicles, just for a choice shot. In a case like this, where a certain magazine has been garaunteed exclusive pictures of an event, and the paparazzi go so far as to accost a neighbour for the rights to shoot the event from their yard, I would say that this goes beyond an invasion of privacy, and becomes downright stalkerish and creepy. It disregards any agreements, and any respect of privacy. Shooting at the paps was an unneccessary measure, and there is no way to condone that, but the photographers were intrusive and agressive.
