Besides suing the pilots' estate, I find it rediculous that any suing of any sort is being done. Don't we not all take a risks when we fly??? So why should it be the Aviation and Goodyear being sued as well? In instances like this... why aren't people grateful for their lives and mournful for others? Its disturbing to think that the US people feel the need to sue regardless when in all actually, all aspects from pilots to tires regarding this plane crash was non intentional.
