There IS NOTHING wrong with only drinking for a day. Some people fast for their religion! She has the tolerance to do it then go ahead! THERE ARE A LOT of toxins from food. Most peoples livers are fucking dying. All these Processed foods are terrible!
Being skinny is much better than being OBESE.
Sometimes I just drink water for a whole day if I ate to much the other days. The next day I then start eating healthy foods and exercise... It's actually a good plan!
