There are enough kids in this world who need a loving home and caring parents. I think doing this is a selfish act on their part and does not take into consideration the child's feeling in the future. Kids can be mean, especially to a kid with 2 daddies. Have these two men even had a commitment ceremony? (Billy Joel's daughter knows what's up) Is this baby being born out of wedlock? There are children all over the world who would appreciate what these guys can give;kids who didn't chose to be in the situation they are in. But why is she an idiot? She has not anything that any thing different than any other politician. SNL was showing that she does have a sense of humor, but the Letterman show was a bit much, not only the daughter joke, but also the top 10. It was a bit much. I am more upset about how a segment of society thinks it is ok to verbal degrade another segment of society based on the differences of their beliefs and feel good about themselves when they do it. All the time calling it political correct progressive thinking, even though it is the exact opposite. I was once a very liberal person, and in many ways I still am, but when the governemnt started to take my beliefs and distort them in order to gain more control in my life, I had to reevaluate my beliefs and the role of government in my. This is when I began to think more conservatively. I believe Palin represents the role I believe government should play in my life and this is why I think she deserves a bit of respect from people in general and especially woman. I am pro choice and I believe that abortion will never become illegal becasue there are too many people who support pro choice and for now we still live in a democracy and not a monarchy. Checks and balances exist for this reason!

jlrz- So, one can make fun of a 14 year that is not pregnant, becasue that is the daughter that Palin took to the game, and that is ok? But to talk about the hair of a young kid is racist? You need to watch how you use the word racist, becasue it no longer holds the same as it once was. After the last election, those who cry wolf and scream racist are no longer looked at with the same amount of understanding as they once were, because in this society, it is the white folks who are the victims of racism. Black is the new white I hear, that means white is the new black. This country would rather elect a inexperienced black man, than an experienced white woman.
