Losing physical custody doesn't mean she doesn't have visitation with the kid. It just means she doesn't get any say in where he lives. So, while she may not be parent of the year, Phil getting sole physical custody doesn't mean they took the kid away from Sharon because she's a bad parent or did something evil. She probably still has lots of visitation.
