He doesn't fight over there. He carries a weapon just in case he needs it but he was busy building barracks and other buildings for the Iraqi army and training them in building, plumbing and electrical work. I talked to him every night, the only people over there that got any was one girl that was screwing an officer and the two gay guys. You seem to not realize that, although it is illegal over there, there is an abundance of porn and lots of men get photos of their wives. Even the single soldiers weren't screwing anyone out there (except the girl and officer). You have a seriously distorted view of what is going on there, it isn't some big orgy. Yes, some people do cheat - but not all. Not all men are as sex-starved as people make them out to be.

Well, apparently my husband isn't a sex driven male whore.....lots of men don't screw women in Iraq. It's not really a party place, they are working all the time - he worked 18 hour days every day. Yes, lots of the women in the Army are hookers, but I know those hookers....they aren't disrespectful hookers, and my husband (along with all the other men in their company) know those hookers are dirty. You are just a dumbass.

Maybe you have had a bad experience, but not all men cheat. My husband has never cheated on me - this may sound corny but if you truly love someone there is no need for anyone else and, therefore, no need to cheat. My husband was gone for a year in Iraq and never even thought about cheating. Do not generalize everyone in that way. That is the equivalent of saying all minorities are on welfare or all black men are bad fathers (neither are true, just using an example of incorrect generalizations) - maybe if you weren't such a paranoid and untrusting person, your male significant others may not have felt the need to find someone who treats them like an equal.

That isn't true at all (the once a cheater always a cheater thing - but he most likely will give her some nice new STD's).This is what bugs me about gay marriage not being legal - most gay couples I know are more committed than the majority of heterosexual marriages these days. My husband and I have a gay friend who is madly in love with his boyfriend and they can't get married because society looks down on it (he is also in danger of being kicked out of the Army because of it too).
