It's quite clear the contestants aren't lipsyncing during their judged performances as you can hear pitch changes and fluctuations and wrong notes all of the time. I've seen footage from her NY show and she looks to be dancing just as well as she ever has. It's just that this tour overall utilized less full-out choreography than her past tours and allows her to kind of walk the parts of the stage more.
