I was fed with a bottle (and turned out perfectly fine, thank you.) and never had any younger siblings to watch getting breastfed. But that being said, I don't find anything wrong with breastfeeding. It is "natural" but I don't think theres anything wrong with being given formula from a bottle either. I don't think this doll should really be a debate about breastfeeding vs. bottles. If mothers really want their daughters to know about breastfeeding at that age then this would probably be an excellent tool for that. I also think this has nothing to do with having kids at a young age and that those Bratz dolls are far worse. At the same time though it is not something I would be inclined to buy for my child. I agree with the commenter that said what happened to dolls doing nothing? A doll (and most others on the market) shouldn't be this mechanical. Having "fake nipples" is a bit over the top as well. All in all, though, I don't really see anything wrong with having something like this on the market if some parents will benefit from it...discretion should be up to the parents.
