McCain used the same comment a while back talking about one of Hillary Clinton proposals so why the McCain/Palin side is getting all bent out fo shape is beyond me. They are a bunch of whiney babies who can dish it but can't take it. Do we really want whiney babies running the country!!!????

I would hope that women especially women democrats are not voting for mccain just because he picked sarah palin. That is just crazy. Sarah Palin is not qualified to be VP and her first priority should be to her family and her children, not her ego!

I don't care about what Sarah Palin has done in the past, but it's interesting reading. :) If the tables were turned the Republicans would be doing the same exact thing, so I it is really doesn't matter either way. I do not think that John McCain made a good decision in choosing her, mainly for the fact that she has very young children. I mean she just gave birth in April. She should be a mother 1st and her job should come second, but the job that she wants I feel requires more than she should be willing to give. I am a stay at home mom of 4 and cherish every day that I get to stay home with my children and care for them and just be with them. Young children need their moms. I understand that not all mothers can stay home with their children, and I didn't stay home with my first, but regret it now. She should be taking this time to enjoy and take care of her children, not trying to be the Vice PResident.
