That face looks straight up photoshopped on her body. Obviously EVERY picture is retouched in photoshop, but usually only actresses and models go for the alien look. Even Perez is guilty of this, he went from looking like a man to looking like a little boy with a stupid-happy face. Go back to being fat Perez. Palin's head is way to big and bright for her body - see - photoshopping and plastic surgery sucks unless inhuman, living anime character is what your going for.
