I thought it was weird when they put Jey Leno on at 9:00 every night and even weirder that they put Law & Order SVU, a VERY gritty show on at 8:00. Jay Leno just seems to be recycled from his old show and that wasn't that great to begin with. Too bad for the dramas that I used to enjoy. Southland was great.

Well, irrespective of WHO wrote the piece or where he lives, it was refreshing to read something intelligent on this blog. You know, something written that doesn't call people with different opinions names or use vulgar sexual screen names like a 13-year-old boy would do(but maybe you are, who knows?) Calling people names is just rude, didn't your mother teach you that?

Well, if he won the prize because we voted him into office, I guess I can say I kind of won a Nobel Peace Prize today. Lol! Seriously though, I am proud of him and proud of our country again after being embarassed and ashamed of our president for eight long years.

THANK YOU! You really put it into perspective for me. What country do you live in? I loved reading about your perception of America under Bush. The only thing worse than living in another country and having Bush as president of the USA was ACTUALLY living in the USA with him as president. I have to trust the judges who award the prize, they know far more about what giving one out entails than I do. I heard he didn't even know about it and is quite surprised. I guess we'll have to wait and see and read more about their decision. Oh yes, to one of the posters, if you live in America, he IS your president, just as, as much as I hated it, George Bush was mine.
