I have a lot of respect for Miss California. This controversy makes me like her way more! I'm a supporter of gay marriage, but I think it's much more important that she has an opinion of her own and stuck with her family values. I think Perez forgets that he lives in a state where over half of the population is against gay marriage (which was shown when Prop 8 passed) so I don't know why he's going batshit crazy over Miss California's response. What she said wasn't some crazy, neverbeenheardbefore statement. Get over yourself Perez, not everyone feels the same way as you do. The beauty of this country is that we CAN differ in opinion, and you've seem to have forgotten that. You rant and rave how Miss California wasn't "uniting" the country, but I don't see you doing anything in your part to unite the country by shitting yourself every time someone disagrees with you.

this song is beautiful and it's a shame it's not going on jon's record! i've seen him live several times and he's such an awesome musician. it sucks that so many good songs are taken by A list musicians when less known musicians could make the song so much better. ex: More than a memory was taken from Lee brice and given to garth brooks. BOOOOO.
