What's funny is I just read this morning that abusers hang out with or spend time with other abusers. It's almost like they all validate that they are OK and their way of thinking is supported amongst the group.

I don't think he hates anybody or meant any real harm. I just think he forgets the magnitude of his power and calling from time to time and if you watched Leno you can see that he is still in transition when it comes to his new position.
He is just a man but I do think he acted quickly and did a good job deferring anymore negative attention.
For anyone that thinks Selma did not offer a donation to this fmaily is off base becaue that part of the strory may purposely be kept private as many philathopist do not broadcast thier monetary donations. However the immediate need was breast milk and there doesn't seem to be a breast pump in sight. So she did what she thought was right...good for her and that baby. Also it may be hard for some to watch if they are not maternal enough to understand the type of hormones a mother has toward a child.
