I tried to sit through it. The writing was beyond bad. I hope somebody's head rolls at NBC. I don't know who signed off on the jokes, but my 5 yr old niece makes funnier comments than what was broadcast. Maybe NBC should hire her to write the show?
Great! I can't wait to buy it! Being Vegan isn't extreme, but then again, we're not a society that wants to sacrifice anything. We want it all and eat it all (it's also why we're so fat as a nation). However, there's a world of food out there that doesn't contain animal products. Start reading labels. I've been Vegan for 9 years. I've lost 40lbs, my blood pressure has dropped to a healthy level, and my cholesterol dropped 60 points in the first year. I never saw what the big deal was about not eating animal products. It's good for you, it's GREAT for the planet.
