i fail to see what is homophobic. i really do. not to mention, the other two judges said about the same things...they simply wanted the classic form of the dance. i'm pro gay rights, but i'm confused as to what is offensive here.
i agree with most of this (although i'm not sure if it's true that nick doesn't care about their animals) but you're right that they don't care about their young actors. i have met one of them, and let me tell you, he was a drugged out, conceited loser. he made us watch himself on tv and discussed every scene where he was drunk and high. it was appalling. luckily, i was old enough to understand that sort of thing, but i stopped watching that particular tv show.
although i applaud matt on his interview, i don't think it was too hard to make her look foolish.
