Oh wow.
Are you seriously comparing a "in the moment" picture of lily with an obviously immaculate, photoshopped, airbushed, etc, picture of Katy? I mean, just look at her leg color and her top skin color.
I've seen Katy sing live, and it's truly H O R R E N D O U S.
Lily isn't perfect, and she sometimes talks like a total know it all, but please don't try to compare these two pictures.
But in the end;;
it comes down to who wore it first.
& who wore it first?
Definitely not Katy.
