I wonder if the raven haired girl could be Leah... Looks like it's a rehearsal for the scene after the big fight; Jacob comes to Leah's rescue and in return half the bones in his body were broken. The wolves take him back to his house (both pictures above) and Carlisle (Facinelli) helps him recover.
