she only has her permit and isn't suppose to drive without a parent or legal guardian over the age of 25. her boyfriend isn't 25 and i highly doubt the guy in the back seat is her guardian. plus the parent or guardian is suppose to be in the front passenger seat.

Enid is not the most beautiful place in the world. Anytime I HAVE to go there, I want out of there fast!!!! It's these small rural towns that are by far extreme in there beliefs. Go to Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Edmond, and the other bigger cities in Oklahoma. Here in Edmond we don't really care what you do.
