on Yo-Yo Ma Sorta Pulled an Asslee Simpson at the Inauguration at 15:28 01/23/2009As a violinist, I can say that definitely performing in cold weather is bad for the instrument and can cause it to go out of tune, and brass instruments are pretty much unaffected by cold weather.
