That is soooooooooooooo wrong. As you age so do your eggs. Women's fertilty decreases with age ... after 30 infertility rapidly decreses.
According to the Mayo Clinic, a woman's fertility peaks between the ages of 20 and 24. However, fertility rates remain relatively constant through the early 30s, after which they begin to decline:
At age 30 to 35, fertility is 15 to 20 percent below maximum. From age 35 to 39, the decrease is 25 to 50 percent. From 40 to 45, the decrease is 50 to 95 percent.
First of all .. IDIOTS ... it's not like they are freezing embryos for the hell of it. When a couple undergoes IVF they retrieve the mature eggs and fertilize them ... a lot of them will die before they are transferred. They will usually only transfer 2-3 fresh embryos (depending on the situation and the age of the woman). If there are any left over embryos they freeze them for later use. When the couple are ready to transfer the frozen ones they are thawed and implanted .. many don't survive the thaw ... thus ... if the embryo was strong enough to survive the IVF and the FET it is considered strong. This is not playing God as it is up to Him for any life to take place and for any embryo to survive. Infertility affects many ... both men and women. You might be infertile and not even know it.
All I can say ... become informed before you jump to any conclusions.
