Yeah well a 2 year old should have been in bed hours ago. Treat her like a kid not an adult, more structure equals more sleep and less tantrums. Of course a 2 year old is going to misbehave but come on they treat her like one of those puppies dragging her along everywhere with them, if you're not willing to make some sacrifices to your lifestyle then don't have kids.
