It actually looks like the wind was blowing such that her top slipped to the side. ahem Keith Olbermann. She's holding her hair down and grabbing the other side of the top so it doesn't move. There are many female celebrities out there who accidentally show some nip and don't realize it until it's too late. It wouldn't surprise me if she had no idea. However, she is posing in a top that is easily moved so she should have thought before taking those shots. Furthermore, You really think the photographer is going to say yeah it was a total accident and i'm trying to take advantage of the situation? hardly, I'm siding with her on this one.
