I am Canadian and could not vote in your elections but I have been watching Prop 8 closely. I am extremely dissappointed in how it has turned out. I am very sad for many people today who have lost the right to marry the person they love. If we don't discriminate based on skin color then why do we discriminate against people based on their sexual orientation? I know that the fight is not over and I am still hopeful that things will change in the near future. Stay strong Perez!
