I am sorry that you don't like it in Minot but I enjoy Bismarck very much. If you don't like it perhaps you should move to Minnesota, I won't stop you from doing it. Then maybe you will stop trashing North Dakota. I am not okay with this being passed in the house. Most of the people that live in North Dakota are elders that are afraid of change. Unfortunately, there are not enough young people making the decisions for North Dakota. I think that it should be up to the woman, not the government to control what she does to her body. Think what you want about North Dakota but I doubt that even the so-called "hicks" of North Dakota will pass this bill.
