Perez, Yes this story is disgusting, but I dont know why you have to say DEAR PHILADELPHIA THIS SUCKS.... Im from philly and it is not a racist city at all. In fact, Northeast Philly is basically a suburb outside of the city. It sucks that you are making Philly look bad, when it is more accepting of other races than many cities, including LA!!
