What do you mean by 4 million pay? That he makes 4 million a year? As a senator he makes about 150,000. Also I for one am sick of the Republican party only making a point to talk about "small towns" and "joe six packs". Small towns are great and sure why not have a beer after a long day at work... but the phrases McCain and Palin uses paints the working class as some group of uneducated beer guzzlers. What about "Joe firefighter" or "jane teacher." Joe the Plumber is not even a real plumber. I live in a city and I'm as patriotic as hell, it's demeaning having the candidates speak about "real america...pro america towns." So because I live in a city I am not pro America? Please. And lastly, Biden said he opposes gay marriage in a federal since (making it legal across the board)...he believes it is a state issue...and therefore he is not contradicting himself when he said he would vote No on Prop 8.
I admit Ayers is a looney or he was back in the day... BUT unlike other terrorists his actions never resulted in the loss of life. A bomb did go off unexpectedly that killed I believe 3 members of the weather underground...but I'm almost positive that the bombs planted by Ayers and his crew did not kill anyone outside of the radical group...so there is a difference. I no way condone his actions. but just pointing out a difference.
1. Sixteen Month Timetable for Withdrawal from Iraq 2. Raise Taxes on those making $250,000 or more (Wealthiest 1%?) 3. Opposes offshore drilling 4. Investing in renewable energy 5. Affordable health care
I'll throw in an extra.... not privatizing social security
I completely agree. Perhaphs my message got lost in all the blabbing.... What I was trying to say is that people should understand where some Black Americans are coming from- in their excitement about a Black candidate..and could be Black President. I don't agree with voting for someone people of their skin color. I'm just saying that in a country that has only ever elected a white man to the office of President... we should not deny that this is history
5 Things Obama/Biden stand for:
1. Sixteen Month Timetable for Withdrawal from Iraq

5. Affordable health care
I'll throw in an extra.... not privatizing social security
