"Here in Australia, everyone is treated equally"I have experienced discrimination first hand in this country, and it was all because i had an English accent. You cannot tell me everyone is treated equally with stickers paraded on the back of utes saying "fuck off we're full". I'm not trying to pick a fight. Racism is everywhere, but that doesn't mean it is right, or should be accepted. It isn't right, and everyone should make a conscious effort to get along. If this tv stunt offended just one person (which by the looks of it, offended more than one) then it should not be taken lightheartedly. Everyone should do their part to treat people as people, and not discriminate to try and get a laugh
It was a distasteful stunt! I'm so glad Harry spoke up about it. Even though the hey hey guys are passing it up now as "cultural diversity" There is no place in society for behaviour like this. Not in this day and age.
