Joe Jackson is deplorable. Doing his best Anna Nicole Smith impression by going after his son's estate after he was clearly left out. The courts have slowly (15 years and counting) been responding to Anna's bogus claim and it isn't looking promising in the 9th Circuit right now.....hopefully Joe Jackson will see a similar result and wisen up so as not to waste the remainder of his life on a foolish legal battle.

23 felonies.....and that's a conservative estimate! Who in their right mind would risk going to prison so they could continue to be a hangers-on around Anna Nicole Smith? It's insane that Howard and these doctors would gamble with the life of their friend/client just to keep her subdued. I suppose they were thinking that if Anna's estate claim against her deceased husband's estate came through then they might ride the wave of a financial windfall....but after all the trials and appeals and remands and on and on, that claim is dying in the 9th circuit and looks to be finally coming to an end (mercifully). Recap: this band of characters 1 friend/ client who passed away at a young age, they have ZERO prospect of sharing any part of some multi-million dollar settlement/award and they are staring at the business end of some big time criminal charges. Looking GRIM!

Larry needs to stick it to Howard and those doctors from the witness stand. The vermin who allowed for aliases to be used in prescribing drugs and for drugs to be issued in Howard's name for Anna's use need to step up and receive their punishment. Obtaining drugs of that magnitude for a woman who was pregnant is indefensible. Whether they were trying to remain in Anna's inner circle to maybe collect from her bogus estate claim or not now they're just hoping to narrowly avoid long sentences in prison....what a reversal of fortune!

I absolutely cannot stand it when celebs try to avoid paying taxes that everyone has to pay. They can't afford it? Did it just slip her mind that she owed several hundred thousand dollars? People who try and manipulate and circumvent the rules of our society just make it worse for everyone else. (Anna Nicole Smith's endless forum shopping for her claim to her old husband's estate, Wesley Snipes' MILLIONS in unpaid taxes, Martha Stewart in her insider trading, even plain old Paris Hilton trying to duck out of her repeated DUIs and all the others that I don't have room to include)

As sarcastic and smug as Spade appears on TV I think he'll prove to be a responsible parent. I don't see any Larry Birkhead-esque baby pimping in Spade's future and I don't see him negotiating with the gossip mags on the highest price for his baby's first photo shoot. Lets hope that celebs get away from that trend of child exploitation.
