Awful. The original "Hero" is such a beautiful (albeit, sappy) song and this version is sadly awful. I haven't been a Mariah fan since after her 2nd album, mostly because she became so incredibly narcissistic and self-absorbed, but this is a whole new reason not to buy her music. She just doesn't have it any more. She's been on the decline for a few years and any of her performances in those past few years has been terrible. She always seems to use the same excuse of "I had a cold" but this version of Hero was obviously approved by her...bad decision Mariah!
