This is ridiculous!! Yes, it is sad that he passed, HOWEVER, he was given a second chance on life & he chose to abuse that second chance. HE made the choice to mix drugs. The lawsuit is not going to bring him back nor is it going to heal the pain that the family is feeling. I'm sick of these frivolous lawsuits. Do something more meaningful with your money & time.
Um, actually, there are quite a few things to do in Nebraska. Granted they are things like museums & not to mention one of the best zoos in the WORLD, but the night life, in my opinion, definitely lacks.
