Thank you for making sense in a sea of... well, let's not go into any details. ;) The thing is, agencies are supposed to provide their clients with work. So far, ICM did a good job landing Chace a role on Gossip Girl (not a hit in the ratings, but a smash with the teen crowd and a good way to get some facetime), but what have they done for him aside from that? Can't blame him for switching to CAA. The grass is always greener on the other side, I hope for Chace that this works out for him.
