Well as part of the gay and lesbian community, I was completely prepared to be annoyed and jump on the "whip Nigel Lythgoe" bandwagon. But what did he say that was so outrageous? He offered his opinion, and it's different than some others. Big deal. THEY FELL ON THEIR ASSES ... and he's right. They WILL alienate a certain segment of society. That's reality.
