I gave my stepdad my right kidney almost 5 years ago -but not thru my vajayjay....the biggest incision I have goes from my belly button down & it is about 4 inches long.....in the olden days they had to cut your entire side of your body & then remove a rib to get to the kidney!! Medical technology has come along way babies.....still not keen on pulling it thru the birth canal though...but hey, whatever works!
