on Drugs Identified In Jackson's Home, He Had The Real Hard Scripts! at 16:15 07/03/2009I am a registered nurse, and we use diprovan in our procedure rooms every day. Diprovan is an anesthetic, however, the effects only last for a few minutes and then the patient wakes up, so in order to use it to stay asleep, someone would have to be giving a few milligrams IV every couple of minutes. A large dose at one time would depress the respiratory centers of the brain and he would have quit breathing, especially if given in conjunction with other narcotics.
