i know, i know...none of us like being told what to do (me, especially!). still, we are a country of excesses and that needs to stop. we overeat, overspend, overpollute, and none of it is healthy. we need to simplify and get back to the basics. if that means the state of alabama forcing people to reform their health habits, then so be it! they're giving help for f-r-e-e...the worst thing that can happen is these people lose weight and have a better quality of life. otherwise, they start paying for their own health insurance premiums and keep on hossing-down.
