I live in Christiansburg, but workout in Blacksburg and we were talking about it today in the gym...apparently the guy was like sitting there holding her head when the cops came in like 2-3 minutes. They were really really quick to respond. I think a lot of what's been happening is just cases of people slipping through the system (Like Cho) and then people who just don't know how to deal with stress. I'll be curious to see what the motive was for this horrible event.
