Just because she is not a right wing evangelical doesn't mean she is not a Christian. I have seen in a number of her interviews where the interviewer asks about the religion of her parents and are they mad she doesn't believe in God and she is constantly contradicting that reminding them that not al Christians are alike. You can have a song called I kissed a girl and it doesn't mean you are turning away form your faith. It is possible to have both folks, God loves all kinds.
