I'd hate to say it but it SURE looks like her. I don't care that she's doing it (didn't we all?) or even that she's taking pic's of the event but WHY WHY WHY would she have the pic accessible to anyone. I mean really she must be smart enough to open a hotmail account...no one would know it was her account if she used it for photo storage only. I doubt this pic is her, I would think she learnt her lesson about racy photos but it's hard to tell. Poor girl it might be a scary world for Miss Miley once she turns 18.
