Willie Nelson's people probably dropped them from the tour. Boxmaster's show in Toronto was a total bomb, and Billy Bob was super-negative on stage, still dissing the host of the show and acting like a fuckwit. As the supporting act, the band is supposed to warm up the crowd, not RILE them up.
Silly Blob Thornton is a bigger diva than Willie Nelson will ever be. I'm sure this incident was just the icing on the cake ... wait and see if they get to join the tour again in the US.
