I think that some of you guys are arguing on some really irrelevant and making this complicated when in reality it's simple. His actions hurt people, and by sleeping with some employees obviously he's going to show preference towards them, I'm not saying that he should be fired, cause I don't know the whole story, but there should be some serious consequences.
